Dunkeld College is a Training Provider that has a role for a Training Administrator in Kuils River, Saxenburg Park, Cape Town. The role is to coordinate training programs and the administration of learner information.
Key outputs
1. Enrolling and Onboarding learners
2. Coordinate end to end workplace based training at clients premises
4. Generate and apply learning enhancement tools to coursework that support learning
5. Create weekly updates and reports for Johannesburg head office and clients
6. Create weekly timetables for learner scheduling
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Collating records for QCTO/SETA registration of learners and related information.
2. Compiling Time rosters & Attendance registers and signatures for daily classes
3. Administration and updating of the Learner Management system for online learning with key focus on the learner experience
4. Updating and Data capturing of information in relevant shared folders
5. Administration of documentation generated through the training process
6. Coordinate, monitor and report learner progress status against timelines and grading schedules
7. Collate and update status and reports
8. Act as the primary liaison for client and student queries
Experience & Qualification
Minimum two years working experience in training environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
An understanding of the administrative procedures of the various SETA's would be advantageous.
Accredited Facilitator for outcomes-based learning would be advantageous.
