As we continue to expand our brand and open new franchises, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Beauty Therapist and Trainer to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:The Senior Beauty Therapist and Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to new franchises and staff, ensuring that our brand's standards are consistently met and exceeded. This role is pivotal in maintaining the reputation of Mommy Wellness Holdings as a beacon of excellence in the beauty and wellness sector. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development:Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new franchisees and their staff.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure consistent service quality across all franchises.
Update training materials and methodologies in line with industry advancements and company standards. Therapy Expertise:Provide advanced beauty therapy treatments to clients, showcasing best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior therapists, ensuring they deliver top-notch services. Quality Assurance:Regularly visit franchises to assess the quality of services and provide feedback.
Address any issues or concerns related to beauty treatments and customer service.
Collaborate with franchise owners to ensure that all staff members are aligned with the company's vision and standards. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with the management team to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for growth.
Engage with product suppliers and vendors for training on new products and equipment. Administrative Duties:Maintain records of training sessions, feedback, and progress of trainees.
Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential beauty therapists and evaluating their skills. Qualifications:

• A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a beauty therapy role, with at least 2 years in a training or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to different franchise locations as needed.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to continuous learning.
