WHAT IS YOUR ROLE As a Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development and operational excellence. You will ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles, supporting both onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and subject-matter expertise to deliver impactful learning experiences. You thrive on facilitating learning, creating engaging content, and supporting organizational growth through training initiatives. WHAT WILL YOU DO Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on operational processes, tools, and best practices.
Facilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
Ensure training sessions are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Content Development & Learning Materials
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
Update content regularly to reflect process changes, system updates, or organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
Onboarding & Skill Development
Support onboarding programs to ensure new employees are prepared to succeed in their roles.
Identify skills gaps and provide targeted training solutions to enhance performance.
Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to managers.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Recommend improvements to training content, delivery methods, and learning strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and learning best practices.
Collaboration & Support
Partner with Operations, People, and Department Leads to identify training needs.
Support cross-functional initiatives and organizational learning projects.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on training-related topics.

YOU HAVE...
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning & development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging training content and facilitate learning effectively.
Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, or training software is a plus.
