Role Overview
The Trainers will deliver end-user training to corporate clients as part of the prepaid card re-platforming rollout. Each trainer will support multiple client sessions, adapting internal training materials for client-facing use and ensuring smooth platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions to corporate clients (~170 clients / 510 users).
Adapt existing internal training materials to client-facing versions.
Conduct virtual and in-person training across Johannesburg and regional sites.
Support clients during onboarding and initial platform use.
Gather feedback and refine training delivery for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Training, or related field.
3-5 years' experience delivering client or system training in financial services.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience with card platforms or digital banking preferred.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tight rollout schedules.

Pay: R15000,00 - R30000,00 per month
