Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Trainer Food to conduct engaging training sessions for our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training on food safety, kitchen hygiene, cooking techniques, and related topics, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain excellence in food preparation and safety.
Qualifications & Experience

  • A qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Proven experience within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or professional kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Food safety and handling certification (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a trainer or educator (advantageous).
  • A valid drivers license is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and lesson plans for food-related topics.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions for employees at all levelsfrom entry-level kitchen staff to experienced chefs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, standards, and best practices in food safety and preparation.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to employees as they apply newly learned skills in the workplace.
