Trainer/ Bridge Master The Bridge Master (Trainer) will be responsible for delivering exceptional training in line with the company and client objectives, ensuring that all trainees are fully equipped and trained to successfully fulfil the role of Client Brand Ambassador. We are looking for a Bridge Master (Trainer) in: Cape Town What is this job all about? As a Bridge Master (Trainer) you will be required to train, assess, and contract candidate client brand ambassadors within your province and where required across neighbouring provinces. You will deliver training over 2 days adhering too and fulfilling all the required administrative functions. You will train twice a week, this will require you to travel, identify training venues and accommodation for yourself. Please note this role is intense and requires the ability to travel constantly within the region and across provinces. To be successful for this role you MUST: Be able to work under pressure. Be highly flexible and adaptable. Enjoy travelling (driving) long distances often on a Wednesday, Saturday, and/or Sunday between training locations. Be able to train 4 days a week (Monday and Tuesday); (Thursday and Friday) Be able to travel extensively as a function of the role without restrictions. (Vehicle Roadworthy, Licencing, Fines, Insurance xe2x80xa6etc are for your own account) For this role you need to be/have: Able to manage yourself. Disciplined and hard working. Proactive and outgoing. A Positive xe2x80x9cCan Doxe2x80x9d Attitude High Energy levels and Vibrant Able to follow rules and instructions. Analytical and organised. Focused and conscientious. Determined and focused. Highly detail orientated. Minimum requirements: Matric. Valid Driverxe2x80x99s licence Own reliable vehicle with insurance that includes car hire. Clear credit and criminal record. Minimum of 1 yearxe2x80x99s training or teaching experience. Training or teaching qualification would be an advantage. Excellent communication, Influencing and interpersonal skills. Able to speak and write in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa (not negotiable) Microsoft Office proficient. Role considerations: This role is highly pressurised and is within a VUCA environment. It is imperative that the incumbent is in good health and able to meet all the requirements of the role.
