Job Title: Group Retail Training Coordinator
Location: Montclair Durban
Job Type: Full-time
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and materials
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities
- Support the development of e-learning modules and digital training content
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Training, HR, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in training coordination or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High energy
