As our new Trainee Kitchen Manager, you will be immersed in every aspect of running a thriving kitchen--guided every step of the way by our expert management team. You will receive comprehensive training across all kitchen operations, from food preparation, hands-on cooking, to staff management, health and safety, stock control, problem solving and customer interaction.
We offer comprehensive Training Programme: We provide a structured induction and ongoing training, covering kitchen management, culinary skills, leadership, and more. You'll finish our programme ready to take on a full Kitchen Manager role.
