: Analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities, and present actionable insights to the Operations Manager and Board.

Customer Experience Champion

Drive consistency in service and feedback, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
We're looking for someone with:

5+ years

in a senior management role within the fast food industry. Proven

leadership skills
