The main function of this role is to capture IT data from various sources for the IT department



In this position, you will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager, EMEA



This position is mainly located in Centurion, Gauteng



TEAM YOU'LL BELONG TO



You will join our IT team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Managers and other Employees.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

Data Entry:

Accurately inputting data from various sources into database, spreadsheets, or



other formats

Data Verification:

Checking for accuracy and consistency in the entered data, correcting any



errors, and reporting discrepancies and duplications.

Record Maintenance:

Regularly updating and maintaining data to ensure it remains current and correct

Collaboration:

Liaising with other departments, team members and countries to gather necessary



data and resolve any data-related issues

Quality Control:

Ensuring data integrity and data protection regulations



WHO YOU ARE



Matric certificate or equivalent; Additional qualifications in data processing or administration are a plus

Demonstrated experience in data entry, data capture, or a similar administrative position

Outstanding report writing, presentation abilities, and attention to detail

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Effective written and verbal communication skills

High integrity and dedication to maintaining confidentiality

High sense of urgency and passion for service and support

Computer skills are essential

Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines

Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb and balance

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
