We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with ambitious consumer brands. We're looking for a Traffic Manager to manage the end-to-end flow of work across the agency, from brief to delivery.
You'll lead weekly sprints with the team, track internal deadlines, manage dependencies, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. This role is about being the engine of delivery, making sure the right people are working on the right tasks, with clear timelines, and that nothing slips through the cracks.
Key responsibilities
Workflow and resourcing
Take briefs from account managers and break them into tasks in Asana.
Allocate tasks to creative, performance, video, and copy teams.
Map dependencies (e.g. copy ? design ? paid build) and set realistic timelines.
Monitor team capacity and highlight risks early.
Agile sprint and delivery management
Run weekly sprint planning sessions and check-ins with the team.
Follow up on internal deadlines and ensure progress stays on track.
Track milestones and manage end-to-end delivery of projects and campaigns.
Build reviews, QA, and client feedback loops into timelines.
Delivery excellence and process
Maintain visibility across all projects in Asana and ensure consistent usage.
Follow up on deadlines to ensure nothing is missed.
