What You'll Be Doing:

Analyzing financial markets across equities, forex, crypto, and more to identify profitable opportunities. Executing trades with precision, speed, and strategic foresight. Developing, testing, and refining both discretionary and algorithmic trading strategies. Monitoring global economic indicators, market sentiment, and news that could impact trade decisions. Collaborating with analysts, quants, and other traders in a dynamic, feedback-driven environment. Using proprietary tools, platforms, and data sets to inform decisions and continuously improve performance. Managing risk effectively while maximizing returns under ever-changing market conditions. Reporting on trade performance, KPIs, and learnings with brutal honesty and actionable insights.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

A self-starter with a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments. Comfortable managing live positions and making fast decisions under pressure. Obsessed with performance metrics and optimization--trading is your sport. Analytical and strategic, but not paralyzed by over-analysis. Fluent in technical analysis, charting tools, and data interpretation. Experienced in platforms like MetaTrader, TradingView, Thinkorswim, or similar. Preferably familiar with Python, R, or other tools for building automated strategies (bonus, not required). Resilient and adaptable--you take losses as learning moments and bounce back stronger. A clear communicator who thrives in remote, asynchronous environments.

Pay: R6000,00 - R7000,00 per month
