Job Description
Job Summary Western Cape Meduim size organisation requires an energetic driven individual with previous experience and track record in turning a mediocre business in a performing profitable entity
Requirements:
Matric
Degree in a Business related channel
Pref to Hon but not essential
3 years exp as a sales driver within Retail and wholesale
Motivate and develop Sales / Merchandiser staff
Dealing with SLA'S / contracts and clients
Negotiating contracts, profit margins and supply
Career pipeline will be into GM role
*** Remuneration between R50 - R70 000 pm and Shares options after 48 months ***
