Leading end to end business plan process, quarterly activity planning cycle and leading cycles briefs
Building channel expertise based on shopper insights, market data and sell out data from customers
Providing sales team with tools and support material to drive brilliant execution
Ensuring that trade marketing activity calendar, planning and timing are such that sales force capacity and capability are utilized
Developing and deploying 4P execution strategies across Brand segments and customers
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
3-5 years of Trade Marketing or Category management experience
Strong understanding of market and shopper insights and research
Basic understanding of Profit & loss statement
