Overall Responsibility

: As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and measuring the success of trade marketing campaigns. Your expertise will support us in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through targeted trade marketing initiatives.

Focus Area 1





Managing and tracking all physical elements pertaining to Brand Activations


Liaise with Suppliers, track and deliver all BA kit elements nationally OTIF Regular inventory counts need to be facilitated in all regions, ensure management of SOH in all Warehouses nationally Continuous Management of Nexus Warehouses Nationally



Focus Area 2





Facilitating the booking of promoters and activations


Consolidate, plan, book and brief weekly promoter bookings Request Pos, ensure to close out invoices Continuous liaising with promoter companies to ensure seamless & streamlined execution Report & evaluate activation effectiveness (Sales, Tastings etc)



Focus Area 3





Free stock issue process for brand activations


Consolidate Free Stock requirements for upcoming Brand Activations Process free stock & ensure OTIF delivery nationally



Focus Area 4





Raising of purchase orders and processing invoice


Liaise with Brand Activation specialist regarding orders for procurement Assist in raising purchase orders, ensure suppliers received PDF POs (STATUS OPEN) Assist in processing invoices



Focus Area 5





Prize fulfilment of brand activations


Contact competition winners; List their shipping details Pack and ship the prizes; Track the package and ensure its arrival



Focus Area 6





Communication


Effective communication with internal stakeholders (Specifically Sales Coordinators & Sales Teams) (All comms pertaining upcoming initiatives and general comms pertaining to the BA Trade Marketing space that is relevant) Effective communication & coordination with Vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns (Liaise between suppliers, 3rd Party Kitting & Warehouses)



Focus Area 7





Fleet Management


Support the Sales Operations Coordinator overseeing the operation and maintenance of company vehicles Ensuring vehicles are available, functional, and utilized efficiently. Managing vehicle registration, and compliance with local regulations Support the Sales Operations Coordinator with scheduling routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns Coordinating repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to service promptly. Maintaining a record of service histories for each vehicle Support the Sales Operations Coordinator with planning efficient routes to minimize fuel consumption and wear and tear Using GPS and Fleet Science software to track vehicles and improve routing Support the Sales Operation Coordinator with promoting safe driving practices and conducting regular safety training Support the Sales Operations Coordinator in managing insurance claims related to vehicle damage or accidents



Focus Area 8





Driver Management


Support the Sales Operations Coordinator with assigning vehicles to drivers and maintaining a log of assignments Ensuring drivers are trained and adhere to company policies and regulations Monitoring driver performance, including adherence to safety protocols

Compliance and Legal Requirements


Support the Sales Operations Coordinator with ensuring vehicles meet all regulatory and safety requirements Keeping licenses up-to-date Preparing for and responding to inspections or audits



Focus Area 10





Technology and Reporting


Support the Sales Operations Coordinator in using fleet management software to monitor and analyze vehicle performance Generating reports on key metrics such as mileage, fuel efficiency, and In & Out Of Spec driving. Implementing telematics solutions for real-time fleet tracking and data analysis



Focus Area 11





Procurement and Disposal


Support the Sales Operations Coordinator in the acquisition of new vehicles to meet operational needs Managing the decommissioning and disposal of end of contract vehicles
