Responsibilities
Works with retailers to optimise product placement (e.g., eye-level shelving, end-cap displays, feature areas).
Activates in-store displays, cross-merchandising opportunities, and both on- and off-shelf promotions.
Conducts product sampling activities directly with end users to increase trial and conversion.
Analyse customer and sales performance to understand what's selling and why.
Ensures branding, packaging, and point-of-sale materials are appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborates with sales teams to increase product distribution and strengthen brand presence across the region.
Provides product training to retail staff and trade partners.
Plans and executes weekly promotional activities, including retail activations and trade/consumer sampling events.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in trade marketing.
Strong communication skills
Confidence working with retailers and cross-functional teams
Must have a valid motor vehicle driver's license.
A criminal background check will be done on all candidates. Clear criminal background required.
