Role context

Reports to the Load & Haul Foreman
Ensure that the shift production is achieved
Any damages are reported and attend to urgently
Reach daily production targets
Executive daily approved plan
Use survey notes or instruction for any planned construction work
Doze according to the planned line-up
Fill in a checklist and report any fault to engineering
Assist load & haul supervisors to execute their work safely and cost-effectively
Create and maintain good and healthy relationship with other employees and all managers

Knowledge of:

- Create a safety culture
- Compliance to MHSA
- Achieve annual budget for mining
- Key performance areas.

Experience of:

Working shifts and on all holidays
Mining experience in open cast mining
Experience working as Track Dozer operator
Personal attributes:
Assertive Communication skills
Time Management
Create and maintain good healthy relationship with other employees and all managers
Ability to:
Generate trust and credibility.
Achieve a shift target
