Tracer - Call Centre (JB5514)
Roodepoort, Johannesburg (On-site)
R6 - R8 000 CTC per month (based on experience)

A growing collections team is looking for an experienced Tracer to help locate and verify debtor contact details. Your work will support the collections department by improving contact rates and ensuring accurate, up-to-date account information.
This role is suited to someone with strong investigative skills, experience in tracing systems, and attention to detail. You'll need to manage large volumes of data while maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
2+ years' experience in a tracing role, preferably in a call centre or debt collection environment
Proficient in: Excalibur, SAP and CBP
Additional tracing platforms/databases (advantageous)
Computer literate with strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience tracing government or municipal debtors will be beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use tracing tools and databases to locate updated contact information for debtors
Update internal systems with accurate debtor details
Support call centre agents by improving the success rate of contacts
Keep detailed logs of all tracing efforts and outcomes
Ensure all processes follow POPIA and internal privacy regulations
Identify and report deceased accounts, skips, or misallocated profiles
Assist with monthly tracing performance reporting
