Minimum five years experience in a customer facing and administrative role
Computer Literate
Excellent communication and written skills, bilingual in English & Afrikaans
Must be exceptionally well groomed and presented at all times to be the front face of the company
Ability to multitask well
DUTIES
Liaise with clients on various social media platforms, Whatsapp, email, website, answering all enquiries timeously and professionally with excellent grammatical skills
Answer incoming calls professionally
Dealing face to face with incoming clients daily
Managing enquiries and solving any problems professionally that could occur
Manage reservations ensuring they are updated regularly on the in-house system
Ensure checklists are completed and clients are guided on all safety checks before their excursions
Update schedules from reservations
Ensure clients needs are met timeously
Ensure payments are completed
Manage all relevant documentation for bookings
Complete administration required within the department
Manage spreadsheets required
Work with the team in order for a successful outcome to be experienced by all customers
Manage filing and administration
Salary: R dependent on experience
