Dis-Chem Pharmacies' in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Total Rewards Specialist to join the Head Office team. The purpose of the role is to provide analytical and strategic support in designing, implementing, administering, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including retirement, risk, medical aid, and wellness offerings to support talent attraction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee compensation and benefits matters. Coordinate projects, manage employee communication, engage stakeholders, and liaise with external service providers.
Minimum Requirements...
Essential:
Matric or equivalent Senior Certificate
Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or Business Management * Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in total rewards.
