Job Description

Responsibilities




Receive tool demand from Service, adopt to PR, Support to Supervisors/stock keepers/ other colleagues Proactively response to turbines stopped waiting for tools Keep the budget for tools in the country/subregion Minimize the tools reported as lost in the country/subregion Ensure tool certification engaging with stakeholders at different levels Organize tools certification (onsite or offsite) and ensure certificates are uploaded correctly Manage tool repair with vendors (ask for quotation, update PR's, etc) and warehouse Analize MRP demands and fill the PR's Certify lifting tools and equipment Labelling all tools with next inspection date Document all material transfers in SAP Handle all lifting equipment on site to enable the certification Scrap damaged tools





Qualifications




Education related to supply chain management and logistics Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing Driving license for forklift (bonus) Trained for lifting tool certification (bonus)

Customer satisfaction oriented Solid communication skills with numerous stakeholders at different levels Analytical competencies driving to effective action plans Solid IT capabilities and knowledge of SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint A flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time Capacity to prioritize according to targets Thoughtful and paying attention to details Self-driven and motivated
