Toolroom Controller

Job Description
A leading pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for a Toolroom Controller/Specialist to manage Toolmakers, and assist Mechanical, Electrical and Calibration Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing of new or existing parts for production departments
- Create drawings with precise dimensioning and tolerances, Sheetmetal, Assemblies and BOM
- Operate Milling Machine, Lathe, Spark Eroder, Wire Cutter, Grinding Machine, Pedestal Drill
- Working with close tolerances and profound knowledge of measuring equipment
- Knowledge of different materials for required manufacturing purposes
- Maintaining of Job Cards and liaise with Engineering Planner
- Ordering of material, tooling, production equipment using Oracle
- Ensure equipment in the Toolroom is kept in clean condition and GMP standards are maintained
- Timesheets, overtime, and planned maintenance is always kept in record
- Ensure that all parts are within SOP for Production Departments
- Safety compliance always adhered to
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Grade 12
- NTC 4, NFQ Level 6
- Must be a qualified Tool and Die Maker
- Management training
- CNC Programming Mill and Lathe
- Solidworks CAD
- 8-10 Years Experience
- Proficient in Designing
- Team Player
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Technically orientated
- Time Keeping
