Designing and manufacturing tools, jigs and dies.Troubleshooting tooling issues.Modifying and repairing existing tools, jigs and dies.Constructing and repairing dies for plastic injection molding and pressings.Designing and manufacturing jigs and fixturesUpdating tooling recordsQualification & SkillsStrong knowledge of tool design and manufacturing5 Years experience in toolmakingEDM Spark eroder, Wire CutterMust be proficient in CAD/CAM softwareMust be familiar with CNC MachineMust have understanding of injection Moulding processes and/or press tooling/stamoingQualified Tool, Jig & Die MakerSuitable candidates will be contacted.
