Electrical and Hydraulic maintenance on Underground TMMxe2x80x99s.

Experience with maintenance on electrical and hydraulics on underground mining TM3 equipment.
Knowledge of Deutz diesel Engines.
Proficient in Basic/Advanced Microsoft Office
Electrical Trade Test Section 13
Minimum N3

Maintain service and report on site capital equipment both on surface and underground as per the maintenance site requirements.
Render technical assistance on all equipment as required by your Line completed Manager.
Quality servicing of site capital equipment to ensure the promised/ agreed availability.
Monitoring and reporting on spares stock levels by written report to ensure that the correct cost are booked against the service job.
Complete daily and weekly audit report for all machines audited.
Report any breakdown to the site supervisor not longer than one hour after all attempts have been made to repair the unit and the nature of the repairs required will result in the machine being inoperable for a period of four hours or more (Short interval control) .
Immediately report any abuse/ negligence by the operators on any of the machines listing the relevant details to the supervisor in control of the operation and the site supervisor at the end of the shift.
