Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor tissue machines, ensuring efficient and consistent output.
Maintain product quality through regular checks and equipment adjustments.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Document production data and maintain clear, accurate shift reports.
Uphold safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across all processes.
Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in operating paper or tissue machines in a manufacturing setting.
Solid mechanical and technical knowledge of production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and capable of working in a high-speed industrial environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
