based at our Midrand Campus on

Minimum Requirements




In order to be considered for the opportunity, the following pre-requisites must be met:


Eduvos graduate Maintained an average of 60% overall for their relevant final year results or results available to date

Minimum Requirements:


BSc IT, BSc Computer Science or equivalent degree

Duties and Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:





Coordination: Collaborate with academic/operational departments to gather scheduling requirements and implement effective timetable solutions.



Data Management: Maintain comprehensive databases of courses, classrooms, instructors, and other relevant information necessary for timetable creation and management.



Analysis and Optimization: Identify opportunities for timetable optimization and improvement through data analysis and feedback collection.



Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding timetable changes, updates, and any relevant information.



Problem Resolution: Address timetable conflicts and resolve scheduling issues in a timely and efficient manner.



Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to timetables, schedules, and related processes.
