Campaign & Ads Management
Plan and execute high-performing TikTok campaigns aligned with platform trends and target audience behavior.
Develop campaign strategy, structure creation, and launch.
Monitor campaigns daily, optimize performance, report results, and produce creative assets.
Content Creation
Produce 15 organic TikTok videos per month using brand-provided, stock, and AI-generated content.
Edit videos, develop trend-based concepts, write captions, and post if required.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
Provide bi-weekly performance reports, attend regular account management meetings, and maintain daily communication via Lark.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Requirements
Must-Haves
Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce platforms.
Proven track record managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of TikToks algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
