The Opportunity

We're seeking a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes TikTok. This isn't just about making videos - it's about building a community, sparking conversations, and positioning the A24Group as the go-to destination for nursing and healthcare professionals worldwide. You'll have access to our state-of-the-art Waterkant Studios and work alongside some of the industry's best creative minds.

What You'll Do

Create thumb-stopping content

that captures attention in the first second and drives meaningful engagement across three international markets

Stay ahead of the curve

by monitoring TikTok trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and relevant

Plan and execute campaigns

aligned with business objectives, from recruitment drives to brand awareness initiatives

Own the full production process

- conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos that showcase our brand personality

Craft compelling narratives

by developing storylines that unfold across multiple videos, turning single ideas into binge-worthy mini-series that keep audiences coming back

Analyse and optimise

by diving into TikTok Analytics to understand what works, derive actionable insights, and continuously improve ROI

Collaborate cross-functionally

with marketing, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure content supports wider business goals

Experiment boldly

with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches to keep pushing boundaries

Who You Are

Essential Skills & Qualities:

Naturally charismatic and comfortable on camera with excellent verbal communication skills Master storyteller who can conceptualise and execute narrative-driven content that unfolds across multiple episodes Deep understanding of TikTok's culture, trends, and what makes content go viral Proven ability to shoot and edit video content using mobile and professional equipment Strong grasp of TikTok Analytics and social media metrics - you know how to read the data and turn insights into action Creative and strategic thinker who can balance artistic vision with business objectives Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently whilst meeting deadlines Professional presentation and demeanour that represents our brand with authenticity

Nice to Have:

Experience creating content for professional services, healthcare, or recruitment sectors Portfolio demonstrating successful TikTok accounts you've grown or managed Knowledge of content creation tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro Understanding of multi-market audiences (South Africa, UK, USA)
