Job Overview:



We are seeking an enthusiastic

TikTok Assistant and Creator (Intern)

to craft and manage engaging TikTok content for our nursing agency. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, excels at creating viral videos, and thrives in a collaborative office environment. You'll work closely with our marketing team to produce on-brand content that boosts engagement and showcases our commitment to healthcare excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

: Plan, film, edit, and post TikTok videos that highlight our nursing agency's mission and values, using trending sounds, effects, and hashtags to maximize reach.

Trend Monitoring

: Keep a pulse on TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm updates, integrating them into content strategies that resonate with healthcare audiences.

Engagement

: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our TikTok posts to foster community and strengthen brand loyalty.

Performance Analysis

: Use TikTok analytics to track video performance and apply insights to improve future content and drive growth.

Collaboration

: Partner with the in-office marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and ensure content aligns with the agency's goals.




Qualifications:

TikTok Expertise

: Active TikTok presence with demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging videos (personal or professional experience accepted).

Creative Skills

: Proficient in storytelling, filming, and editing, with experience using TikTok's in-app tools or external apps like CapCut.

Trend Awareness

: Strong understanding of TikTok trends, sounds, hashtags, and audience preferences, with the ability to adapt for healthcare audiences.

Analytical Mindset

: Ability to analyze TikTok analytics and adapt content strategies based on performance data.

Communication

: Clear verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and audience engagement.

Time Management

: Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic office setting.

Education/Experience

: No formal degree required; current students or recent graduates with relevant experience encouraged to apply.




Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of other social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels) is a bonus. Basic graphic design skills for creating thumbnails or visual overlays. Eagerness to experiment with new content formats and strategies, especially for healthcare marketing.
