Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused
Retail Sales Associate
to join our team. You'll be the face of Thule in Menlyn Maine, helping customers find the perfect gear for their adventures while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries Demonstrate and explain Thule products, including installation guidance Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions Support team goals and contribute to a positive store culture
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Passion for outdoor activities, travel, or adventure gear Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends and public holidays Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, inventory tools) Physically able to assist with product installations and lifting items
