The Thermal Insulation Foam Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of foam production equipment used in insulation applications. The role involves monitoring machine settings, mixing chemicals according to specifications, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safety compliance. Operators will troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance checks, and complete production documentation. Knowledge of polyurethane or spray foam insulation processes is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor thermal insulation foam machinery and equipment Mix and handle chemicals safely according to standard procedures Inspect finished foam products for quality and consistency Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance Follow all safety and environmental regulations Record production data and report issues to supervisors
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years of experience operating insulation foam machines within an industrial environment. Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Experience:
