Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS

Degree/ Diploma in Nursing with approximately 5 years post-basic and proven leadership and/ or people management experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in the area of specialization)
A Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing Science is essential
A Postgraduate qualification in Management and Nursing Education would prove advantageous
At least 5 years of experience as a qualified theatre registered nurse
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council
Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and change management principles
Computer proficiency (MS Office)
Driver's license and own transport
