A Fuel & Retail market leader who is currently revamping and expanding various KZN fuel and retail sites, seeks to employ several FUEL & RETAIL SITES & OPERATIONS MANAGERS & ASSISTANT MANAGERS for permanent employment to be based at these various Petrol Station sites based in KZN.
 
MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Incl.)
 
Min 5 Years ++ Fuel & Retail (Petrol / Service Station) Operations / Management / Assistant Management experience a must. (Senior & Assistant positions available)
Related experience and exposure with full site management functions incl., (Fuel, Forecourt, Convenience Shop / various Franchised Fast-food & Retail outlets etc)
Big fuel brand experience (adv)
Duties will include:
Management
Procurement
Administration
Stock control
Wages
Shifts
HR duties
Customer Service
Training
Any tertiary related qualifications OR In-house Training OR Certificates + Grade 12 (Matric) (adv) to be included with your application
Computer literacy (MS Office) + ISIS / MIST / ARCH systems (or similar) in-house fuel/operations management system exp. (adv)
Driver’s License (required)
Skills required include:
Energetic with excellent health
Must be able to delegate
Strong communication skills (Head Office, Corporate Fuel Brands, Customers, Staff etc)
Must be able to work under pressure
Customer service driven
Attention to detail

Knowledge of Health and Safety (industry related) 
As advertised these positions are located for various sites based in KZN, therefore interested applications from outside of the KZN region, MUST be willing to relocate. (Relocation assistance is negotiable)
Start date negotiable
Due to the industry trading requirements (nature of the business) applicants are available (“when req.”) to work extended & irregular working hours (Public Holidays, Overtime, Weekends & Extended hours etc)
