As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through rigorous testing procedures. Your duties will include conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Information Technology and 3-6 years of experience in software testing and the SDLC. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in test management tools are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms and environments.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Conduct regression, performance, stress, and scalability testing.
Recommend improvements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
