Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled Test Analyst to join our client's team. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through comprehensive testing processes.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test plans.
• Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.) to validate software functionality and performance.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
• Document and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate test results and provide recommendations.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions or mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
