We've got a position available for a test analyst

Purpose of position:

To ensure the quality and reliability of business-critical systems by performing thorough software testing, with a focus on third-party integrations, service provider platforms, and insurance claims processes, within a fast-paced Agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and user stories to design comprehensive test plans and test cases Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems and platforms Validate third-party integrations and service provider interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies and sprint cycles Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools and methodologies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and automation strategies Support release and deployment activities, including post-implementation verification

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance Proven experience testing third-party integrations and service provider systems Solid understanding of insurance claims workflows and business processes Hands-on experience in Agile/SCRUM environments Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, SQL, and Azure DevOps ISTQB Certification (Foundation or higher) Relevant IT degree or diploma
