Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Post graduate relevant qualifications (preferable) 2-5 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Analyst Experience working with testing tools Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Experience in testing web, mobile, and API applications

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyse business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases and plans. Run and monitor test scripts across the different testing stages and segments Identify, record and track defects by utilising the relevant tracking tools (i.e. Searchlight, Tial, SPM, etc.) Collaborate developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot challenges Ensure that all testing is conducted within the company's standards, methodologies and guidelines. Prepare test progress and defect reports to be presented to management and project managers. Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the department * Develop systems' training material for users
