Territory Sales Officer (tso)/ Team Leader

Job Description

Set individual sales targets and develop sales plans to meet these goals Monitor the team's sales performance and report on metrics Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers Conduct regular sales meetings to assess company progress Collaborate with marketing to identify and reach out to potential clients Handle customer complaints and resolve them to maintain trust Prepare budgets and approve expenditures Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R15000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:

Team Leader: 3 years (Required)
Language:

Fluent English and Xhosa (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
