Junior Sales Representative (internal)
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Procure price and availability from suppliers
*Check data accuracy on orders and invoices
*Provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations
*Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
*WhatsApp Groups – Monitor and assist (internal and customer)
*Maintain and update system
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Qualifications:
*Matric (Senior Certificate)
*Minimum of 2 years’ earthmoving / parts sales experience
*Valid driver's license
Advantageous Skills:
*Earthmoving-related sales experience
*Proficient in related systems (Catsis)
*External sales experience
*Systems experience (Quickbooks, Pastel, SAP)
*Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
