Tender Administrator

Job Description

FCS is in the market for an experienced and competent Tender Administrator. The ideal candidate should have years of experience in the same or similar role.

Main Duties



Lead Generation



Daily use of lead generation platforms and websites to search for consulting prospects.

New vendor registrations on client procurement platforms.

Cold calling.

Use of a tracker or CRM to maintain a pipeline of active and closed leads.

Tender administration



Completing bid documents and supporting attachments specific for each submission and client requirements.

Ensuring prompt submissions of RFQs, RFPs and Quotations to clients.

Follow-up on all tender submissions to track and report wins/losses.

Relationship building



Maintain relations with current and prospective clients.

Team Work



Collaborate with other team members.

High proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Education:



Diploma (Required)
