Education -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain Management , or any Related Field .
Experience - 2-4 years of experience in procurement , tendering or contract administration .
Proficiency with in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Standard Tendering procedures , contract Types and evaluation methodologies .

Responsibilities :
Tender Documentation - Prepare , Review and Distribute Tender Packages (RFQ,RFP,BOQ) in accordance with Internal Templates and External Regulations
Verify that all required sections ,specifications , timelines , legal terms are included and correctly formatted .
Bid Management - Log incoming bids , acknowledgements , Maintain a centralized repository for all tender- related documents ,ensuring version control and confidentiality , coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather supporting information and answer bidder queries .
Evaluation Support - Ensure Evaluation Criteria are Applied Consinstently and that all Submissions meet Compliance Requirements .
Communication - serve as the primary point of contact for external bidders , providing updates , answering procedural questions and issuing addenda as needed .
Communicate internally with project mangers and senior leadership .
Process Improvement -Participate in Post -Tender Reviews to Capture Lessons learned and Improve Future Tender Cycles .
Compliance and Governance - Ensure all Tender Activities adhere to Company Policies , Industry Standards and Relevant Legislation .
Maintain Records for audit Purposes and support Internal/ External Audits as required .
