and play a key role in managing, preparing, and submitting tender documentation accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and submit tender documents and bids Maintain tender trackers and ensure compliance with deadlines Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation Manage supplier and client databases Support the tender team with administrative tasks

Requirements:



Proven experience in tender administration or procurement support Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent written and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
