Certificate or Diploma in Management Assistance or related Qualification
Experience :
At least 3 year's experience as General Office Administrator (Including 2 Years experience working as Tender Administrator)
Responsibilities
Act as General Administrator, a strong admin support person for Management and Staff members
Perform general administrative duties, i.e. typing, printing, copying, scanning, laminating, binding, etc.
Source for relevant Tender Opportunities
Facilitate the buying and submission of tender documents
Attend submission briefing sessions
Ensure company compliance documents (tender returnables) are up to date at all times
Compile valid compliance documents packs/ files
Read and complete Tenders documents
Prepare competitive pricing of tender documents (BOQ)
Compile and keep a database of submitted docs
Assists with Project administrative tasks and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bloemfontein, Free State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
