Seeking a Tenant Liaison and Relationship Manager to join our team. Permanent position in the Construction / Civils / Design / Architecture / Property sector. Report to Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relationships and act as a point of contact for tenant issues and queries
- Coordinate and oversee tenant communication and engagement initiatives
- Resolve tenant disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor tenant satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve tenant experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant retention
- Experience in property management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and property management software
