Job Description

TEMPORARY SECRETARY (6-Month Contract)
Scope of Work
The appointed secretary will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including:
Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Managing the Divisional Executives schedule and commitments.
Drafting, vetting, and circulating accurate and timely minutes.
Coordinating events, functions, and stakeholder engagements.
Preparing and distributing newsletters, reports, and executive summaries.
Maintaining confidential and efficient filing systems (electronic & hard copy).
Coordinating travel itineraries and arrangements.
Ensuring all documentation is professional, accurate, and presentable.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
35 years experience as an Executive Secretary in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (SAP knowledge advantageous).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Contract & Remuneration
Duration: 6 months (Temporary)
Location: Sandton
