Job Description
Our client based in Pietermaritzburg, in the food manufacturing (FMCG) environment is seeking a well qualified Financial Manager for a temporary position of 6-7 months. The ideal candidate should be someone who can hit the ground running, with experience in a manufacturing company being advantageous.
Duties will include overseeing the finance department and taking ownership of the following outcomes:
- VAT submissions
- EMP201 submissions
- EMP501 recons
- Company tax returns
- Provisional tax
- Balance sheet recons
- Budgeting
- Cash flow forecasting
- Instalment sales
- Insurance management
- Fixed asset register
