Establish a complete project timeline for all local parts including full part readiness by liaising with internal and/or external stakeholders, directly supporting the creation of a project timeline to achieve the key project milestones
Analyze and verify supplier project timing to ensure project milestone targets are achieved
Represent Purchasing within the various Pilot Hall and relative project forums, in person or virtually, to ensure the corporate goals are met by addressing any project escalation items
Ensure Problem Sheets are raised in the Syncro Team when required to highlight critical part time movements
Ensure that the systems are updated immediately after agreement of the Problem Sheets in the Syncro Team
To keep all Purchasing systems (TEVON & PROMON) up to date with latest sample timing and correct supplier details
Consolidate the Part Status Sheets from KTM and the Commodities to understand the status of the part readiness and present this information in the various forums
Issue Aeko's, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Model Year and Program Points to the relevant buyers and track the change management process by ensuring their input is given on time and then managing the progress of the change request against the milestones
Attending EMT meetings to report out on project timing, part status and agree on the level of parts to be used in the various Project build milestones
To run a weekly tracking meeting with their commodity and give management feedback on the status of critical items
Education and Experience
Have a recognized university Degree / Diploma in the following disciplines - Purchasing, Logistics, Commerce, Business or Project Management
