Telkom Sales Agents

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities. Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the CRM system. Handle customer objections with professionalism and find solutions to overcome them. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or target-driven role, preferably within a call centre environment. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
