HYPA Fibre is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist - Outbound to join our growing sales team. You will contact potential customers to promote and sell our high-speed fibre internet solutions. This role focuses on driving new customer acquisitions, understanding client needs, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into completed orders. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote HYPA Fibre services. Clearly explain product benefits and pricing options. Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales. Handle customer queries on orders and pre-installation processes. Maintain accurate sales records and call outcomes. Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification. Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound telesales or direct sales. Proven sales record and a self-driven attitude. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident in handling objections and closing sales. Computer literate with experience using Outlook and CRM systems. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. * Resilient, target-focused, and a good team player.
