• Must be target-driven and willing to grow with the company
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the companyxe2x80x99s reputation
• Go the xe2x80x9cextra milexe2x80x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
• You have working knowledge of Marketing
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
